How “MD” (linear metre, LM) is calculated
MD (in Vietnamese “mét dài”, i.e. linear metre — LM) is the actual length of the cabinets measured along the wall, not m² and not a complete set. The price per linear metre includes both base units and wall units.
Example: a 3 m kitchen in the AURA package → 3 × 15.500.000 = 46.500.000đ. An exact quotation is given after measuring on site at your home.
What the price includes / excludes
- Included: base units + wall units (carcasses & doors), hardware, installation.
- Not included: stone worktop, sink, tap, kitchen appliances.
- Not included: value-added tax (VAT 8%).

MD (“mét dài”, linear metre — LM) is the actual length of the cabinets measured along the wall, not m² and not a complete set. For L- and U-shaped kitchens, add up the lengths of each run, then deduct 0.56 m for each corner where runs meet (L-shape minus 0.56 m, U-shape minus 1.12 m). Example: L-shape 3 m + 1.5 m − 0.56 m = 3.94 LM.
How are kitchen islands, pantry, fridge, wine and floor-to-ceiling cabinets priced?

Does the price per linear metre cover wall units or base units? What are the dimensions?
The price per linear metre includes both base units and wall units. Standard dimensions: base units 81–89 cm high, 58 cm deep; wall units 70 cm high, 35 cm deep.
What does the price include?
It includes base and wall units (carcasses and doors), hardware and installation. It does not include the stone worktop, sink, tap, kitchen appliances or 8% VAT.
How long is the warranty?
By package: ORIGIN 10 years, AURA 15 years, ZENITH 15 years, INFINITY 25 years. The warranty period is written clearly into the contract. The ZENITH package also includes 2 years of continuous care & maintenance, and the INFINITY package 5 years.
How do the five packages differ?
Each package includes everything in the one before it. AURA adds the Uni-Core stainless-steel frame with Cold-Laser welding, thread locks, a sound-dampening membrane, heavy-duty support posts and imported anodised handles. ZENITH adds full Tri-Ply 3-layer doors, Higold Luxury hardware, a Matte Luxury frosted glass surface and 2 years of continuous care & maintenance. INFINITY adds full Tri-Ply 3-layer carcasses, 3D Nature-Vision glass doors and 5 years of continuous care & maintenance. How long does it take?
15 to 20 days, counted from design sign-off and deposit. The exact handover date is written into the contract — on time, no delays.
How do payments work?
Three easy stages: a 50% deposit on signing the contract; 30% when the cabinets are delivered to site; the remaining 20% after installation and final inspection.

We accept orders from 3 linear metres (LM) upwards, so we can guarantee craftsmanship and the best cost for you.
How long is a quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 6 months from the date issued. During that time the price is held, so you can decide without pressure.

Do you work in other provinces?
